He helped get my phone of the stolen feature so he could fix my screen he said 20 minutes to have it done. He was done before the 20 minutes and he also put my screen protector back on for me.

Better to have phone protection insurance and not need it than to need it and not have it! A cracked phone screen was fixed as good as new. The whole experience went smoothly, and I'm happy with the results.

I'm happy that insurance covered broken iPhone glass but the place I took it to could have been better. Both days I brought in my phone the guys at the register did not have great customer service. 2-2/12 hours to repair back glass on iPhone 16 pro. I also did not feel comfortable giving passcode to get into phone and Apple ID.
