My screen was damaged when I recently dropped my phone. AT&T told me that I could take it to U Break I Fix It location near my home for repairs. The entire experience was so fulfilling to know that this would be repaired in an hour, at no cost to me! I highly recommend this facility to anyone who has issues with their own device(s). Thank you AT&T and U Break It I Fix It for making this an experience to remember.

I was a ble to get multiple phone items repaired in a very timely fashion. Nice to have since we seem to be so connected to our phones.

It was quick and simple no hassle at all. And the person was nice and took care of my problems with ease.

My phone is about 5 year's old and after a cracked screen I wasn't ready for a new phone yet. Repair technician came to my place of employment and repaired phone for me. Work's and looks like brand new.

Everything was perfect smooth and easy... be sure to ask if your insurance cover mine did and I paid zero dollar to get my phone/ screen replaced saved me 445 dollars with insurance

The cell phone repair was quick professional and easy to locate open 7 days a week same day service it was a life saver as they got my phone back on track within an hour

After driving for an hr... the store didn't have the face screen that I needed. I was taken care of quickly and a gentleman was sent to my house to repair my phone so I didn't have to make the long drive again.

I accidentally cracked my screen and the Asurion Home Technician Coverage allowed my screen to be repaired without the need for a replacement phone, data transfer and this was all done with a $0.00 deductible. Phone screen was repaired within ten (10) minutes and the Technician was on his way.

My phne screen was broken on the fron and the back side was cracked also but when i got it back it was like i had a new phone everything was fixed and repaired it was like getting a new phone back when i looked at it i had to turn it on because i didnt think it was mine

100% will use again. The only thing I would've liked was same day service, but that is completely on me as I didn't get there early enough to get it done same day, but as far as Asurion is concerned everything was perfect and the staff was outstanding.

I put in my claim, and the next afternoon a repair business was in our driveway to fix our phone. It was done in 20 mins. They were kind, quick, and very professional. Thank you!
