Just had my phone repaired. Claim process was a breeze. Accidently enrolled in Home Protect during the process, 100% my fault, and they walked me through removal. Great customer service.
I have had insurance on electronics with other companies that you end up paying almost the full price of the object to get it replaced not with asurion they actually replace it for what you originally pay. They are the best don't know how they do it but you should always buy asurion.
They handle everything it is super smooth! I hope the repair process is as smooth and nice as the claims process

Each person I worked with was great. They were very sweet and got the job done very quickly. My phone was fixed within an hour fixed the screen and also replaced my battery. I look forward to using them in the future if I have any needs.

Mhabel was able to resolve the issue I was having immediately. In addition, she (assumption based on name) introduced me to the Verizon Home Device Protection plan. She exhibited very professional skills presenting the plan, although I didn't purchase since I don't have any 'smart' devices. She was very professional, kind, and understanding.

When a tech finally did show up, she didn't know how to set up an Amazon stick to my t.v. When she left, I set it up by myself! This service is a total waste. Wish I could give zero stars!
I bought new phones, one of them the Sim card just refused to be recognized in the phone. Jessamae did everything from making an eSIM to trying to activate the physical card. This really was a pain but also not to stressful with Jessamae handling my issue.

Answer: Asurion insurance is who: Cricket Wireless, Verizon, & most remaining cell phone companies are with now! Just be careful b/c they are IMO SCAMMERS that will get you at one time or another!
Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
