Rex was who I was able to chat with for support. It went as smoothly as it could be. Although I wasn't able to use my protection plan as I had hoped. Rex hung in there as I made a phone call to SONY just incase I had any questions. He was very quick and helpful and if I had to get ahold of anyone within the company I'd hope it was Rex whom would be helping me again. Thanks Rex!

Bought a NACON gaming product (STAY AWAY!) Had an issue upon first use, pursued troubleshooting based upon company website, with no luck. Tried to contact company, customer service loop on website. Amazon promised to help, with no luck contacting manufacturer, 8 months into ownership, I contacted ASURION, Immediately offered to refund money, after I return the product. Easy to deal with, although I did have to chat, instead of using the online form.
I bought 2 protection plans for 2 identical aquarium pumps on the same day. Both of the pumps died 1 month after the manufacturer warranty ended. Asurion paid both claims and the process was very easy. There was a little confusion because the system (understandably) thought it was a duplicate claim. Within a few moments of chatting with Ricky, the situation was resolved and my second claim was also paid.
I have been noticing that my phone's battery was degrading, so I contacted Asurion to get it repaired. To my surprise, they scheduled me for the very next day. I took my phone in for repair and was met by some very friendly yet professional employees who took my phone and advised me how long it would take. By the time I got a coffee at Starbucks and returned, my phone was ready. I'm very pleased to report that now it's working perfectly. This could not have been handled any better
Everything went great except for reopening a Google email address. I couldn't do the 2 step verification because I couldn't log into the Google account needed.
This was a long drawn out experience. The help i got showed patience and politeness. Tried many things until we found what worked. Well done!

I loved the experience they came to my home to fix my cracked phone screen under just 30 minutes. I set up an appointment online, they contacted me the day of service, showed up, and fix my screen outside of my home in a van.

Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
