This is the worst company to deal with. Most, if not all of their web sites don't work. Not very helpful, and if you don't have every bit of information, forget it. Deductibles are very high, why pay for insurance, just like every other company out there. Make it very hard to talk with a human being. Worst ever, please don't use them
The cost is very minimal. The claim process is extremely easy. The claim process is pretty fast. The resolution of a refund was quickly completed. If you buy Amazon's China made stuff, it's worth a few bucks to have this protection!
I purchased a FootJoy golf glove from $#*!'s Sporting Goods and when I did that I also purchased the protection plan. The plan was very affordable and I play golf a lot so felt it was a good buy. My glove ended up getting a hole in it but that was covered in the protection plan. I was able to go on line and with the great help of the service technician I was able to file a claim. Quick and EASY! Would definitely recommend this for anyone! Gloves, sunglasses whatever…. DEFINITELY worth the money!
The issue I was having with my phone has been on going. Dan was able to walk me through several options on how to resolve. Unfortunately the phone would not cooperate. His direction was complete and concise and int he end he helped with ordering a replacement phone. It was a seamless transaction.
This beet any expectations I may of had. It couldn't have been an easier process. I lost my phone while hiking, I submitted a claim, and the next day I had gotten my replacement phone and had everything set up. I would absolutely recommend this insurance coverage. The phones they were offering were not comparable with the camera functions. They worked with me and found me a phone that was comparable. It was easy to transfer all of my apps and information, and if they've been with me through the whole process. I had to call customer service because of a Bluetooth issue, which was quickly resolved. I'm very happy with this company!

I purchased an HP printer in September 2020. It was one of the greatest printers I have used for our family. I use several HP printers in the past, as a matter of fact I had an HP 4P that lasted over 25 years.
Unfortunately, all things must come to an end, but for my surprise this printer just stopped working after less than 4 years.
I purchased a 4-year protection from Asurion when I purchased the printer. I had no problem reaching out to place a claim. I chatted on line with Patrick who in few minutes was able to resolve the problem.
Worst experience on the planet, predatory upsell practices
My wife's phone cracked. We had insurance through Verizon, from this third party Asurion. The phone replacement process was truly horrible. The first phone they sent didn't work. Then I had to spend 3 hours on hold getting a second replacement, which they tried to bill me for again. I demanded a refund of our original $99 deductible and they acted like they didn't understand that request after we waited 5 days without a phone and lost all of our data.
Every customer service representative I talked to as part of the process spent a majority of the call trying to get me to purchase OTHER insurance from them. I repeatedly said I was not interested, and they used incredibly predatory and pushy upsell tactics to try to get me to purchase another insurance plan, including indicating that since what they had explained was such a good deal, they would just sign me up right now unless I objected.
The worst customer service experience ever, bar none. Truly horrible. Every department I spoke with said only a different department could help me and shuffled me around. If I could give this company 0 stars, I would.

Answer: Asurion insurance is who: Cricket Wireless, Verizon, & most remaining cell phone companies are with now! Just be careful b/c they are IMO SCAMMERS that will get you at one time or another!
Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
