I chatted with Trixia Ann and she is a real asset to your company. I am a Senior and not very technical. She was extremely patient with me in setting up my new phone. She was very knowledgeable and walked me through to the end which took a lot of her time. In this day and time companies need more employees with the outstanding customer service that she gave me. She is a keeper for sure! I can't sing her praises enough.
Submitting a claim and getting the repair were very quick. The only part that would have been a bit more efficient, would've been to know that turning off find my phone required turning off stolen device protection and there is an associated wait time if somewhere "unfamiliar" (not home).
Andi was awesome, and was very helpful, professional, and courteous, patient to explain my coverage and what was necessary to convey that there was coverage available for my home devices and sold me on the coverage
While I realize this may not be for everyone, for me to pay a little extra now I feel Asurion is worth the investment. Filing a claim is fast and easy with a quick response time.

I've nothing but positive interactions from your staff. I have worked in customer service for many years, so I'm well aware of some of the individuals you have to deal with. Even I wasn't exactly being the most wonderful example of courteousness when I was complaining about replacing a fold phone only after 2 months because of a defect completely out of my control. But they were very patient and empathetic without seeming fake or going through the motions. In fact, by the end of our conversation she had sold me on an insurance plan for all my devices. So I when I called, I was pisses that I had to shell out money for a working device, and by the end I was convinced to give you guys more, so that says something about your team.
Today, I had assistance activating my iPad through Asurion's expert chat and Brandon was phenomenal! He exceeded my expectations and made it so easy for me. I am 100% satisfied! Thanks asurion!
Pay extra money for their warranty just to be told it's covered by the manufacturer and I gotta call them. Like why did I even bother paying the extra money. The one time I do it and it's worthless. The support line was very helpful tho and quick to get me in the right direction but an hour later now I got another number to call.

I always feel the need to make sure the people who are excellent at the profession of customer interaction and shines through the challenges is already a great person and ahead of the curve as a true professional who is in the right profession to do great work and not underestimate the importance of a career of folks who have the ability push their misery to the next level of free psych session and lcomplimentary service bonus. I worked with public for too long and personally I was very professional as a relations can break down. I have a great appreciation for people who have to bite the tongue to be a.good steward of a career with collateral damage in circumstances where reason is on vacation. So much appreciated for the support and a great job well done I need to go easy on Coffee consumption after the rooster stops at 4 Am so the rant although positive will not be something to ask when I can't sleep & shut the trap good morning and have a great summer as a.ponderer of human nature and why ask for a review onto infinity

I purchased a Whynter portable A/C in 2020 which was my second unit. The first on lasted about 3 years and quit. I choose to purchase the Asurion 4 yr protection on the second unit. 3yrs and 11 months later my second unit went out. I figure i would be in for a fight and have to jump thru a ton of hoops. The whole process took about 10 minutes and went seamlessly. The person on the other end was extremely helpful. I felt that they were focused on how they could help me rather than how to avoid covering the warranty. I would highly recommend Asurion for warrantly coverage on any product. Thank you Asurion.
My son had an accident with his bike that caused the handlebar to shatter the screen. We submitted an insurance claim and took device to a repair shop to learn the motherboard was damaged and phone could not be repaired. The next step blew me away—my son's replacement phone was a brand new, model newer, and there was No Deductible! Well worth it to carry the insurance plan. Thank you!

Answer: Asurion insurance is who: Cricket Wireless, Verizon, & most remaining cell phone companies are with now! Just be careful b/c they are IMO SCAMMERS that will get you at one time or another!
Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
