I have been an att customer for over 25 years. I have used this service multiple times before with no issues. All of a sudden for my claim to be process I had to contact att and change my account information to my legal name. It took speaking to 7 or 8 individuals before someone finally informed me what my issue was on my claim. After several days working thru this issue I finally got my claim resolved.
He repaired my screen which was the ONLY problem but destroyed my SIM card, had to get new phone, when I called him out he called me a $#*!
I showed up at the Palmer Rd (Austin Tx) location with a broken screen. In 1 hour my phone was fixed. The gentleman at the desk was very helpful. So much easier then sending it in to be repaired.
I'm very satisfied with my repaired phone. It looks like new. I don't find any data lost. Very easy process 👍

I have been to this repair business 2 times. Both times they were able to resolve the issue. It pays to buy the insurance protection from your provider. I use ATT. I filled out the claim form. Took My phone in. I sent the claim to a different location by mistake. They were able to transfer the claim. My phone was repaired within 24 hours. No hassle. Without the insurance protection repair costs can be a bit expensive. But with these people, it is worth the cost. The best ever.
The Manager John was the Kindness and most helpful person I have ever met in the service industry. He was helpful in lowering my stress when my phone had run over. He was able in a creative way to help me save my contacts. I have been recommending him to everyone.

The only thing that could've made my experience better would've been getting my phone repaired during my first visit. Unfortunately, parts for my phone weren't in stock at the time.
We called our cell phone carrier to get the Asurion website. Once we got to the website, the questions and the process for approval were quick and simple. We got our replacement phone in two days instead of one because we submitted the claim in the evening hours.
The rep, Carmelito (Mel) was kind in her chat words and showed general concern in resolving my claim.
Answer: Asurion insurance is who: Cricket Wireless, Verizon, & most remaining cell phone companies are with now! Just be careful b/c they are IMO SCAMMERS that will get you at one time or another!
Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
