I've unfortunately had to use this service for several phones. I say unfortunately because nobody ever wants to break a phone in the first place. However, each time I have made a claim the service has been excellent! Asurion is a good company and they make the process of replacing or repairing a device as painless as possible. It's a great investment and I highly recommend covering your device with Asurion!

My boyfriend and I had gone into the AT&T store to get him a new phone because his was stolen and when we went in there, the guy told us he wouldn't help us report the phone phone, but he would help me get my new screen protector, and that we have to go on Asurion.com it was really easy to report the phone stolen So I did it in front of the store since I was a little upset the guy wouldn't help us as I was sitting in my car. I went on asurion and it took less than 10 minutes and was very easy. I was very surprised and very happy.
Had to have a new screen put on my son's iPhone 13. I knew I had insurance but never gave it thought to look into it, being his screen was cracked. But when it started glitching I knew we needed to do something. So we went to At&T and upgraded, but we needed to get the screen fixed to get a decent amount off of the trade in. So that worked out well, it was fixed in no time at all. Friendly guy who dealt with me, he was very helpful and spoke with positivity. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone who needs service.
My son cracked his phone screen and walked into local fix shop. They quoted him $400. When he called me I told him we had insurance. Best money spent. They fixed it, Checked it out and cleaned it inside and out. BEST INSURANCE EVER

Having the mobile repair come out was such a blessing, we own a business and I don't have the time to sit in a store and have my phone gone for hours at a time. The repair guy came and was here maybe a total of 15 mins., it made it so easy and stress free. My screen was shattered and needed to be repaired. I filed the claim on a Wednesday night and he arrived right after 10am Friday morning. I would recommend this time after time! Thank you for this service.
I prefer to work with humans, but the Asurion website was easy to navigate and although very general questioning, our phone issues were resolved with a new phone.

Answer: Asurion insurance is who: Cricket Wireless, Verizon, & most remaining cell phone companies are with now! Just be careful b/c they are IMO SCAMMERS that will get you at one time or another!
Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
