The website to make a claim does not work and hasn't worked for weeks fix it please. After finally getting a phone number the repair was done quickly within 2 hours and I'm satisfied.
My technician kept a great line of communication on his arrival and when to expect him. I loved my experience with my technician, he was very friendly and polite and answered all my questions.
After the screen on my phone broke I contacted Asurion. I was able to set up an appointment to drop off my phone and get it fixed the next day. I arrived early dropped off my phone and it was done an hour. Thanks to my tech Sandra, who was professional and efficient she made the experience a lot more manageable. This has been probably the better experience I've had dealing with my phone compared to any in the past.

I bought my FIL (92 yrs old) a refurbished iPhone, unlocked, good price. He'd been using an android the past few years. We took it to the ATT store got data transferred his hearing aids working (we thought). Later that day, Thursday, he called and said hearing aids weren't working, going to ATT. They couldn't get them working, said faulty device. In their defense, the tech (same guy) is very knowledgeable. I started a claim Friday mid-afternoon. Told FIL 1-2 business days to get replacement. That evening I got an email saying the shipment was on the way and would be here the next morning, which it was! WOW
Meanwhile FIL got them working and we have tested them many times since without fail. It's a setup thing with hearing aids that is difficult. I'll be sending the replacement item back tomorrow. Never opened the box until today to find documentation about returning it. Thought a few days here just in case was O.K. Great support and I received a text, via Amazon, from the vendor and Asurion. First time dealing with them. Very impressed.
My wife had a broken screen on her phone she set a appointment the man came out replaced the screen works great and I am so very please with the ease of the whole experience
The iPhone would not boot up. We phoned in a claim and the local ubreakifix shop was able to replace the battery. The Asurion representative on the phone and the people in the local shop were very nice and helpful.

I had 2 phones that had cracked screens, and when I tell you Noah got us back in the game fast, he got us taken care of super fast! He was friendly and polite! He even helped my daughter's iPhone into repair mode because I didn't know how (I'm a galaxy user)!

I cracked my phone Friday night. It's shattered. I filed a claim looking to get a replacement but I was informed that a technician would come out and replace my screen. The technician came out Monday and fixed my iPhone 15 pro max less day 10 mins. Mobile service is awesome.
I need my phone fix cracked glass so they set it up assp for me to get fix. Asurion was on top of it then luck was not on my side and they couldn't fix it. True be told it was in worse shape they told me to call for a new phone. I did and what a blessing the young man Jaden was wonderful in all way. Thank you for truly being there. I went to AT&T store and the representative I showed it to told me that the motherboard was broke and i needed a new phone. Fortunately I decided to get a second opinion and called Asurion to schedule an appointment with one of their repair stores. All I needed was a new screen. The UBREAKIFIX store on Hurstbourne Parkway in Louisville, KY did a great job and were very helpful!

Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
