From filing my claim to replace my lost iPhone to getting it set back up was easy. I filed the claim right from my AT&T app. My replacement phone arrived in a couple days. The customer service lady helped me set up the iPhone and even waited patiently while back up from iCloud finished first. She made the experience a lot less stressful than I thought it would have been.

I absolutely love the process of dropping off my phone and given an accurate time for pickup. I am the owner of an Samsung Zfold 3 and this year alone has been a headache keeping the screen together without cracks. This phone do not have good protective cases so a simple fall can result in inner screen damage also. I thank this company for being great at the repairing of screens on phone devices.
