Meeting and working with Kaye, the Asurion technition at the Escondido AT&T was such a relief. After dealing with several AT&T employees and phone agents I nearly lost my mind. Kaye was the first person I talked to that really listened to what I had to say, spoke clearly and kindly about their position and what they could/would do that I was instantly reassured.
Had an Apple iphone with battery issues, contacted Asurion and they quickly informed me what to do and took care of my problem right quick and in a hurry. Great job!

I had a big black dot near the camera of my Samsung galaxy z flip 5 with a white line going from the dot to the edge of my phone. Asurion repaired it after I filed a claim with my cellphone provider. I am absolutely so grateful to them for the repair. I love being able to see my whole screen again.

Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
