My call to AT&T was quick and efficient. All representatives handle my situation with great care. I was on hold briefly but assured when the represntative return the situation was resolved. This is a great company to do business with.

I was experiencing my phone dying fairly quick so I decided to go through insurance and they had someone come to my place of work and replace the battery within 30 minutes! They communicated a few days before and the repairman was on time!

It was easy fast and hasslefree. Best experience I ever had on a claim with no questions asked besides the standard they honor service in my claim they should have had a very fast return rate on the product.

Staff was friendly and went above and beyond to repair my phone quickly even with having to order parts it was done within days.

Asurion came to me at home and replaced my broken phone screen perfectly within 20 minutes. I was able to cook dinner while the tech was in his van fixing my phone. All for only $29! Very happy.

The service was extremely fast and simple, my phone broke and In less than 4 hours I made the claim, took him to the Asurion store and my phone was completely repaired.

The Technician, Elvin was fast to take my device in and begin with the repair. He was curtious and helpful as well. It didn't take long for him to fix my phone and when done, yet made sure it was working well and efficiently. Great job

I dropped my phone and it cracked and then I was a black screen

It was quick and easy. Barely had to do anything.i wish there were brand specific details (android/apple) on how to back up your photos and other items. Other than that small detail it was a good experience.

My experience with Customer service was outstanding. The gentleman who helped me was very knowledgeable about how to resolve the issue and took care of the problem in a timely manner and was very friendly. He walked me through the steps that needed to be taken and advised me how the issue would be resolved. He was GREAT.

I enjoyed processing my warranty for my iPad. It was easier than I expected.

Service was exemplary. Easy to put a claim in online. Got a new phone much faster than I expected. Somebody forgot to pack the new Sim card but I still had my old one. Other than that, awesome service.
