Very simple, hassle free experience with my phone repair. Submitted my claim online and the next day my phone was repaired. You can choose your options and store for repairs. The location of the store my repair was to be done was so close to me and my phone was done in 2 hours. I appreciate the swift turnaround. Very happy customer.

He did exactly what AT&t told him so my experience was good My experience was bad because when I told her Syrian what was wrong with my phone he didn't do it he only did what the AT&t put the paperwork in for and stayed at that I just needed my screen change I'd rather have my phone fixed in the little screen change because the screen was so minor barely could see I didn't want that I didn't need that but I end up getting that but I need a new phone
The tech was professional and fixed my phone in a timely manner. I bought a screen protector for $20 on the 6th of September today the 11th of September it fell off! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THE SCREEN PROTECTOR!
I submitted my claim Monday and I was able to make an appointment for repair the same day. They even offered to come to me to do the repair. I selected that option and they stopped by my work and performed the repair. Took less than 15 minutes to replace the cracked glass. Great prompt service

I went only after losing my Samsung phone at a public arena. The process was super easy and the phone arrived quickly via Fedex. I opened the phone and installed the new sim card in the phone and turned it on only to get a message that the SIM was out of date for the Sumsung S23Ultra phone. Tried everything I could think of to correct but after 6 hours was unable. Went to a nearby ATT store the next day and the staff was able to swap to a new SIM and I was back in business in 10 minutes.

My Screeen on my phone cracked and turned all black at 1pm last Thursday. I panicked since I was catching a plane at 9am the next morning. I called AT&T. They said to go to asurion to get a claim with my phone insurance. I did and it took no time. It said to call ubreakifix to see if the can help. I called at 2pm. They said they would try. I droped off at 3pm. By 8pm it was fixed. I was set to travel. It was great timing!
Fast turn around time, took less than 5 mins to replace and they came to where ever I was and fixed it. A much better experience than with previous cell phone.
I had experience the great customer service with " Zyah " she went above and beyond by explaining and telling everything that I know about my service and about Apple products. You should have 10 on the ratings because that's what I am going to give her.

My phone was damaged when it slipped out of my pocket and someone placed a chair on top of it crushing the front and back. I went online the next morning to confirm I had purchased insurance and immediately began to work on replacement. Assurion's online program was easy to navigate with instructions from cause of accident, damage, replacement and sending the damaged phone back. I received the replacement phone the very next day with step by step online instructions to set up my new phone. Probably the easiest replacement process I've encountered in the past 20 years.
Answer: Asurion insurance is who: Cricket Wireless, Verizon, & most remaining cell phone companies are with now! Just be careful b/c they are IMO SCAMMERS that will get you at one time or another!
Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
