My cellphone's screen cracked. It was very easy to file a claim online, and drop my cell to a local ubreakifixeit store. It was ready in less than 24 hours.

Damage my phone and they came to my location ( ballgame), they changed the screen while we're finishing up at the came. Great quality screen replacement and very convenient for a family on the go

Took my cellphone in front screen glass was shattered and back. Left it and picked it up 2 hours after it looked brand new.

In all my experience was great. Asurion sends a prepaid mailing envelope with the address already printed on it. All you have to do is drop it off at a ups store. The repair team is super fast! I was without my phone for only a few days! It works perfectly now!

I booked appointment and very next day, they came to my home with his van and within 30 mins inspected and replaced the screen for my s23 ultra. Technician came 30 min before infact before scheduled appointment and called me to check, if I am fine with his early showup. Very professional and in 45 mins, he replaced and hand over the device. Extrmely happy with door step repair service

I was very pleased with the service provided by Asurion. They are friendly, knowledgeable and they would had resolve my issue within a day but I called on a Friday night even though early morning I had my replace in my house. Very happy with their service would certainly recommend Asurion to family and friends.
