Was easy and quick replacement the next day. Just glad we had insurance to recover the lost of new phone. It's was cheaper then the repair cost. This was our first claim.
I accidentally went swimming in our pool with my phone in my pocket and of course, when I got it out, it was no longer working… Getting my new phone was amazingly easy I went to my AT&T dealer and they took care of everything from there, my new phone was shipped to me within days… And returning my non-working phone was just as easy a one stop at my local Staples to send it… They provided me with the label in the box and everything I needed to do that…
Dropped my phone. No visible damage, but audio started to fail. Qualified for replacement at AT&T store. They started me with asurion. Online process simple. Phone arrived next day. Data transfer took longer. Only complaint, deductible cost ($275), but much cheaper than new phone.
Always the best experience with this company. Hard to set expectations when they already do the most. Maybe add free stickers when you send replacement phones. 🤷
Amazing people nice customer service and fix my phone very faster
My iPhone broke and because it was an emergency, I took it to a mall repair shop. Big mistake as they did not use the correct parts and my phone would not work properly. I would've saved myself heartache and money if I had just contacted Asurion first. The process was so quick, they came on a Saturday and the technician quickly and efficiently fixed my phone. It works perfect now.
I came into the store after my phone fell and cracked thinking I would have to pay off my device and upgrade. Nick was professional and addressed my concerns. I was able to get my screen repaired for free and now it looks new again. Great customer service and timely repair.

TONS of foot traffic at this store and lots of questions-Ethan remained ever pleasant and never lost his patience.
We have had the experience of working with Asurion for a number of years and never have we been disappointed in the services they have provided. If you need insurance for your phone Asurion is the way to go and you never know when you might need it.

They told me there was an Asurion not far from me took the phone in expecting for them to tell me I had to wait 2 weeks for the part to come in but to my disbelief they had it in stock. I was fixed and out the door within two hours amazing service Dell the store associate was wonderful. He explained the process to me in detail made sure I knew everything and understood the policy terms and conditions. My phone was fixed faster than what they told me...I will forever be a customer.
Answer: Asurion insurance is who: Cricket Wireless, Verizon, & most remaining cell phone companies are with now! Just be careful b/c they are IMO SCAMMERS that will get you at one time or another!
Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
