Took in my devise thinking I was going to have to pay a fortune and have to wait at least a week; but instead It was fixed and out in less than three hours and I didn't pay a cent. Great service!
It was easy to file a claim and get questions answered. I went by the AT&T store and was shown what I needed to do. I started the claim and then had to wait until I got the broken phone into my hands to complete the claim. All very easy to do. I had questions I needed answered due to my phone being too broken to use in the setup of the replacement phone or wipe of information. Tech support was easy to get in contact with. The tech explained and answered all my questions to my satisfaction.

Even though they appeared very busy with lots of customers in and out, my phone was fixed and looked great within a reasonable amount of time. The process was simple, and they answered all of my questions thoroughly and patiently.

I accidentally cracked the front screen of my IPhone and they fixed it perfectly. The process of dropping off my phone and picking it up was very easy. Everyone who works there was extremely helpful and kind. My phone was returned back to me on time and good as new. Very happy with my new screen.

Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
