Offshore Representatives hangs up in your face. Lazy, don't do their jobs. If ask for a supervisor, they will immediately tell you one is not available. It is amazing how American representatives are held to a higher standard. Offer shore representatives are rude, disrespectful, and held to a lesser standard. This company should not have a Government contract. Why should the Government pay salaries to these people. They will flag your account as a " BAD CUSTOMER " and will not provide you service. Fire this company and put these sleazy, lazy offshore scum bag people back welfare where they belong. Pure Trash
They sound very friendly over the phone until they lie to you and completely falsify information that they're giving you and neglect to actually notate your account of what they're saying so when you call and you look like a complete idiot
Our our government will pay the highest dollars for the worst service they can get they waste money because that is the Democratic way there is no other excuse just like fighting everything these companies say is a lie you can't speak your phone and have it put the word you're saying on a text this is a prime example because I can't see it right now but I'm sure you won't be able to make heads or tails out of that crap

I have been waiting for a phone for 20 days now and still haven't received it. I have been very ill in and out of the hospital and on top of that contracted covid! I have been out of work since May. Called to talk to customer service to see if they could find out when my phone would be delivered and each time told a date and on that date NOTHING! This is very stressful and frustrating, all of what I really don't need because of my health. Customer service was also very unprofessional and just made my stress level shoot through the roof! Assurance wireless is awful! Don't waist your time at all! I really hate I did!
I have made dozen of call to assurance wireless reps and the incompetence is is extraordinary.

Wrote a long review, not sure if it submitted. But I HATE this company so much I'll send it again to be sure. Long story short. I've been fighting with them since April to get my services going. I'm still waiting. I have lifeline services bc I'm disabled. Your think they'd take it more serious. But they not only dont. But I feel like bc I'm poor my business doesn't matter. I'm sorry I can't afford the Apple 25! With all the bells and watches! I'm convinced they hired 3 people over in India to answer a phone and say, "Not to worry, upon further review. You've been accepted and your phone will reach you in 7 to 10 days. And if your question doesn't fit into that. God help Ya! Is there a way to give negative stars?
If ur in trouble and need help your in bigger trouble than u thought because ur phone will say either NO SERVICE or CANNOT CONNECT when u try place a call... NEAR DEATH. 10-15 later your call is finally connected and if approved for EBE Program don't expect it their explatnation for not receiving it not enough carriers they say 24: hours 24 hours wellvsuposw to start on thec17th and it's now the 28 rh and again ur receive a text in 24 hours stateing ur account has been up graded.don't court he life in more danger by holdingvur breath. Cause from past experience's text won't come.
Ordered my third phone first was no longer on their service second just stopped working so on third after 10 days and many calls I am informed that they forgot to send a request to ship me a phone so now its going to be another 7-10 days
I have only had this wireless insurance phone for a little more than a month, within the first week the screen started losing sensitivity and after it lost sensitivity it started randomly pushing buttons by itself. The back button stopped working about 2 weeks after owning it and I figured out how to get around that with being able to push the screen, but when the screen started not working it I can't even answer my phone calls. I've called customer service several times and was told I could get one replacement phone but do I want to is the question.
This is unbelievable, you guys were at 1 point amazing. Now not so much at all. I've got my new phone 9 days ago an NONE OF YOUR REPRESENTATIVES helped anything except help my head hurt. I have been told by more than 1 person (chi & bubbles) to name a few both said they would call me back an NEVER did. Also another rep actually guaranteed me that if I turned my phone off for 2 hours it'd be working. Well it's not. An check your own records my # is 486.3042 u should know the area code
The crap your phone they give you is not compatible with the latest VA healthcare app and will not update your phone so it will be compatible
I have never wrote a review on anything because I don't go off of opinions. But don't bother. You might as well get a bruised dog turd, youd probably get better service and the phones (umx) are literal $#*!. Even for free they are worth the stress.

1. "Customer Service" is not trained in any way to service these phones.
2. They think we are stupid. 7 calls just turn on a phone. Make 1call. No one, I repeat after 7 con's no one knew how to activate the phone.The BEST was "We are waiting for a man to climb up the tower. Then you will have service." I even called Lifeline number to alert them of the stupidity and ignorance they allow this company to treat people.My God she was a moron. Enough said Searching for a real company.
I am on my third replacement phone from this company due to the 1st one being defective. The second one was scratched up and God knows what my 3rd one is going to look like. Now Im getting a letter stating that since I have not sent them my device I placed the claim on for a cracked screen, im going to get charged full price for the phone. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS INSURANCE!
I was very pleased with the quality of the phone brand new phone. Assurance wireless is way better then Q link wireless. I am very pleased with my phone keep up the good work assurance wireless.
The troubleshooting and customer service has been quite good in my experience so 2 stars instead of one. Connectivity is quite spotty. The Coolpad phone in 2018 was decent but new UMX phone is worth less than a phone case. Battery life about 4 hours, slow, screen needs to be at 100 percent. No decent phones offered for sale in June 2021. Phone died in less than a month, had to wipe all data. So bad, I switched to different carrier. Oh and last but not least, phone comes with unremovable malware in the form of Chrome highjacker.
Do not use this company, they advertise unlimited service and it is anything but. After they cut off your phone service midmonth, they will attempt to extort you for 10 cent a minute. Beware they are con artist seeking to rob senior citizens. Shameful!
It was so fast and easy The application is so short and the staff are so very helpful Before you know it you have a phone! It was an all around pleasurable experience
If I could give negative stars I would. I have tried to get a working phone for weeks now and it's going to be my 3rd phone with Assurance wireless that has never worked & they want to know my phone to call me at. Is that a joke? They won't send a new phone they are used phones with zero ram which means they don't work good when they are new much less used. I have a appointment coming up & it's a zoom appointment that I get a before the appointment to get the meeting ID number but they won't ship it overnight to make up for their mistake. The worst thing is when they find out there's a problem they won't respond to you at all. So it's clear I can only message them though Twitter without a phone. Save yourself time and misery get a service anywhere but Assurance wireless
