Awful, awful customer service. I cannot say enough times how poorly they treat their customers. They do not and will not help with anything regarding returns. The company is a mess. They don't keep records of any shipping labels associated with your account so getting your money back on anything is a huge gamble. They also will refuse to speak to you if you don't have proof of drop-off.
The worst customer service I have ever received from a company. Please take your hard-earned dollars elsewhere.
Save your time and your money. They say youll get your shipment by a certain date but you wont. They dont provide a tracking number so they claim that they cannot do anything for you. Its a load of garbage. Its been a month and I still have not received my shipment and they have not emailed me back... Wish I ordered from Revolve or Missguided.

My total allowed me to use GIMME100. Some of the clothes didn't fit and I needed to return them. Instead of calculating the discount for each item (including the ones that I kept - the majority) before refunding they completely removed the discount, taking it off the refund. Other than being not fair, since the discount applied to all of the items, they wouldn't even recalculate the discount for the new amount. "Our policy doesn't allow us to do so". As their policy was imposed on them by some other entity.
ASOS always seemed to me a company very similar to Amazon, which tries to establish a long term trust with its users, so to become the first choice today and in the future.
This was an unprofessional move and they won't see me back. Just sent a request to delete my account as well.

I ordered some dresses from asos and paid $100,1 month after i have ordered still haven't received my item until now, ordered the dresses on March 6 expected delivery is April 3 until now I have not received my items April 15 and they wanted me to wait for another 2 weeks. I have already addressed my issue with them and they don't want to admit their mistake and wanted me to wait for another 2 weeks. Customer service wasn't helpful at all and kept on saying the same thing. Now that I don't need the dresses and it didn't arrived when I needed it and asking for a refund and they don't want to make any refund on my account. For those who are thinking on ordering with ASOS I suggest DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM AT ALL.
I placed an order in early March using the standard shipping, received nothing by the end of March, I contacted them, they told me to wait until April 10th. I waited, nothing had come. I contacted them again twice when they told me to wait again, still, nothing came. (I checked postoffice, they have never got anything for me from them) The third time, in the chat now, I called them fraud, and the representative promised me if the order is still missing by April 13th, they would immediately refund me. On April 13th, I got an email saying the replacement order has been sent with a trackable service and will be delivered on May 3rd. I got the new email about replacement order, with a fake tracking link, which after clicking it, the tracking page look exactly the same as standard shipping that has no info on the updates.
The order I got is worth 100+ dollar, I never believe they had sent me anything in the very beginning and now, I will never use them again, it is a fraud website.
The promo code didn't work and customer service didn't help at all, after 25 minutes. I did online chat to try to resolve. Devon wasn't helpful in customer service. I bought only because it was specifically requested for a wedding.

I've done four separate orders from Asos online. I usually order 10-15 items, expecting to send back about half. They have always arrived promptly and my refunds have always been processed quickly. This gives me the confidence to order in two sizes to find the item right for me as sizes can differ between different types of clothing
I ordered a few dresses, but incorrectly put the wrong expiration date (my fault completely). They sent an email saying the order couldn't be processed. I logged into the account and had to individually put each dress back into the shopping cart. WHY? It's so much easier to update the cc info and re-order. When I got around to re-entering all the dresses a few days later, the promo code that I had originally used had expired. Customer service was completely unhelpful and they seemed to be reading a script. They wouldn't honor the promo code. Really? Now I completely understand all the TERRIBLE reviews about Asos online. I will NEVER order from ASOS again. When there are so many online clothing companies looking to impress their customers, this one says FU. I hope this dissuades at least 1 person from using their site. Save yourself the aggravation and frustration!
Such a fab website, I love how you can order so many different brands off this website, The deliverys are 90% of the time on schedule too so there's no need to worry about when will it arrive
I have placed several orders and all have been accurate and timely. A few of the pieces went back as the sizes were way off (I was shopping in clearance and I am older than the avg customer). My refunds were quickly processed and I was returning clearance items! I have had things go "unavailable" while in my cart but not a big deal to me. I am very happy with ASOS. I have the ap and will continue to shop there.
Absoloutly shocking, poor customer service and communication, I can not even begin to tell you how angry and dissapointed I am! They are so unprofessional, I could write an essay telling you of my experience with ASOS and how awful they are, Do not buy anything from them, dont bother trying to contact them, trust me when I say, you will be wasting ALOT of your time if you do!
Long story short. I received the wrong item 3x in a row, still waiting on the correct size. Spent numerous hours talking to multiple customer service reps and was not offered any sort of compensation or token of appreciation. Worst part is I paid extra to become a Premier Delivery customer. Btw their chat customer service is THE WORST!
I ordered two items from your online store. I ordered The March Animal Print Ankle Strap Sandals and the Truffle Collection Stud Buckle Strap Kitten Heel Boot. I was very excited to receive these products before returning back to college. I have purchased items from ASOS before, and had very high expectations for the products I ordered. Primarily, when I received the sandals, I noticed they were clunky and untrue to my size. I knew I was going to have to return them. However, most importantly, instead of receiving the boots, I received a black t-shirt. I was ultimately shocked that I could receive such a different item, and was extremely disappointed when I did not receive the product I originally paid for.
With ASOSs current return policy, items could only be returned for refund, not for exchange. A required return form was to be sent back to the company, as well. It was very frustrating to have to return the product I did not order. It was very inconvenient to fill out a form and send the product back, knowing that I would have to place a new order if I still wanted the boots. I was so frustrated with the whole process; I did not reorder the boots. I did not want to risk leaving for school, and having to return them if they did not fit. Although, I believe this mistake was made on behalf of the companys order fulfillment team, I could not hide my disappointment with the overall ASOS brand and customer service strategy.
In the future, I would expect ASOS to adopt a more user-friendly exchange system. I also found it extremely disheartening that ASOS does not have a customer service number, so I could personally speak to a representative about my concerns.

Asos has great clothes, at a good price and great service. They ship overseas and quickly too. I never have to wait a long time to get my items. The quality is high and not too expensive.
I ordered a nice dress for an engagement party. It arrived in time because I paid way extra for express shipping. When I opened the bag it was a COMPLETELY different dress. Not even the right color. They went to Walmart and found the best $4.00 dress they could and sent that instead.
Hi I'm a little confused and frustrated. I added my dress that I wanted ASOS long sleeve crop top satin maxi with kimno split skirt dress size US4 into my cart. As I was getting ready to purchase and finish payment it stated my cart was empty and the dress is now out of stock. This has never happened to Me on any other website. This store has a lot of technical difficulties. When reaching out to the "live chat" that takes hours of response. They pretty much told me they can't help. I should have been signed in. I don't know where you buy from, but I live in Italy and it doesn't take more than 4-5 working days for them to deliver the package. If you're concerned about the quality, well, it's not really top-notch, but considering the price it's really good (you can't expect Max Mara quality from a shirt you paid 20 euros). As for the fit be careful because those are UK sizes and they are definitely NOT vanity sizing! Meaning: when you read "model pictured wears UK 8" you may think "they're lying, she's clearly a 6" but they're actually not in most cases. I have a body similar to that of most of their models, I ordered size 6 twice and it was a tiny bit small. So size accordingly. All in all I trust them and I like their product. Perfect low-cost site to shop from online.

Answer: You have to be a careful shopper. Check the fabric content! I just purchased Is 4 pairs of cargo pants. Same style, different colors. They are 100% cotton and excellent quality. I also purchased things by topshop and free people on this site. Asos has its own brand but sells others. Returns are effortless so I don't know why so many people are complaining. I have very high standards and they haven't let me down yet.
