The time of sales is my favorite one, usually it is about holidays, of course, because such marketplaces as Asos create very tasty discounts on trendy attire.
Not only can any person shop here classical shirts, shoes, jackets and whatever, but also have an opportunity to get some gifts for closests. For instance, I shopped here Calvin Klein wallet as a present for my father. The shipping was as usual seamless and fast. Well... not really-really fast, but certainly according to the information stressed on the site.
Both men and women can find something up to their tastes, and it's the best way to buy clothes not going out.
I bought a product to be delivered in 2 days, and I still have not got it after 2 months. I got in contact with their customer service via chat at least some 8 times already. Nothing is resolved. Last time they said they would reimburse me, and that I would get an email confirming that in 24 hours. Nothing of that happened. I literally feels that their customer service is just fooling you deliberately. Not to say that all the agents throw the exact same AI generated polite responses. I strongly suspect that Is just a huge scam machine.
They charged me for purchase and I never got my package. Their customer service and chatbots are disaster.
This company takes no ownership for things that go wrong. Do not make it easy to speak to anyone that can actually help the customer. Tell you shipment is free yet there's a pick up charge. Leaving you no option but to pay. God forbid you have to return your items.
So they send the wrong size shoe, okay mistakes happen. It was 100% their mistake though, I even double-checked the order I placed. It was their mistake, yet they wouldn't refund the shipping.
Received the wrong shirt on my order. So, I called in and got immediate help! It was quick and after a couple of minutes I was basically fully covered. I understand everything, stuff just happens sometimes.
I'm so grateful how fast the situation was corrected! I want to thank the girl who was on the line with me, unfortunately don't remember her name, but I hope for more workers like her in the future!
This company is scamming you. I returned a skirt in June 2023, and I still haven't gotten my refund and it is now mid December 2023. I've been in contact with customer service THREE times, being promised that a refund is on its way. I haven't received a single penny. I talked with customer service a FOURTH time, and was sent something that was supposed to be an explanation to why I had not received my money and why I now no longer was getting the refund, which I had been promised three times before. After reading through the message, not understanding the reasoning, they just ended the chat, leaving me with more questions. They didn't even give me a chance to answer and ask questions to why my refund now got changed. They sent me the message an instantly ended the chat. I don't know what to do but I'm so frustrated and angry. They don't seem to care, and I don't have any trust for this company anymore. I've been a customer for years, and now I will never buy a single thing from them ever again. This company needs to check their refund systems and get better people to work in customer service. I'm not the only one getting scammed. I've found A LOT of stories from people getting into the same situation as me, getting ignored and not getting the help they need.
This is a horrible company that scams people out of their refunds. There is no trust and I hope the go bankrupt. And to the people I talked to last, Yash and the supposedly floor manager Sauvik, I hope you get fired.

I ordered 2 pairs of boots. These dummies sent me 3 pairs or new balances and 1 pair of adidas.
I contacted them immediately! They sent me a return label and confirmed that I would still receive my boots. Time passes still don't have these boots. I then chat with possibly 6-8 customer service agents, I let them know I still want the boots, they state one pair is out of stock but the other isn't and they could send it out once the return is back in their warehouse. They said I have to contact them back after 12/13/23. I contact them on 12/19/23 with my reference # ******* thinking they knew everything from their. But no they're idiots of course, so they customer service agent just refunded my money without asking me anything, which is not what I wanted for the 1 pair of shoes. Because I wouldn't get the discount and I didn't want to pay for shipping again. Because it was their mistake. I wasted hours typing and dealing with this company, and I will post a bad review for them on every damn platform possible. I got time today!
What a terrible company that provides ZERO service. It's literally impossible to get a hold of an actual person. I've tried ordering a specific shirt multiple times and they keep sending me the WRONG shirt! It doesn't look the same and it doesn't match the name/title of the shirt either. The website and my receipt say one thing but the shirt that gets delivered to me says something else. On top of that, MAKE SURE if you order here that you are reading the title of the shirt. Do NOT pay so much attention to what the shirt actually looks like on this site. I ordered a shirt that, on the website appeared black and purple, but when I received it was blue. I ordered another shirt that was purple in appearance on the site, but again when I received it was blue (I am confirmed not color blind and I also asked my wife what she thought as well to get a second opinion). I ordered these on their mobile site so the name of the shirt wasn't something I paid much attention to, but still why the heck would you post picture of shirts that don't accurately represent them? Absolutely joke of a company and I hope they dissolve one day. I will never be ordering from here again and I will actively advise people to not buy from here.
Hello, I placed an order and paid for express delivery. The order was supposed to arrive yesterday, when I go to see the link to track it I see that it arrived Thursday 21st instead of Friday 15th. The problem is that on the 21st I am traveling. That's why I had to choose express delivery and even their customer service team doesn't respond and they just let me write alone in the chat.
Hi, so i reiceved my parcel which was delivered by royal mail an both parcels were open an have royal mail stickers on them saying found open or damaged, after looking through the parcels 2 items were missing, i chatted with asos an after going through everything they said they would refund me i asked did they need they need the photos of the parcels an they person i spoke to said no as im a valued customer, now today i receive a email stating my accounts blocked an i wont be having a refund, acting like ive done something wrong, so for over an hour i chatted with people on asos chat for them to tell me each an every time they wont speak to me or wont give me an email address to contact someone
Terrible company. Doesn't take accountability whatsoever. Always excuse after excuse and doesn't even attempt to make things right with the customer.

What a horror show in customer experience, they read from a pre set script, no one cares to investigate properly delivery issues. Be ware when ordering from ASOS and don't select the click and collect option!
I placed two orders during their back Friday within a few days of each other. I selected the click and collect option, to collect at a DHL pick up location, Hema, Beek, the Netherlanda.
I received an email that the package was delivered at the DHL pick up point...but not an email with a QR code that is necessary to collect it. I also never received an email that it was ready for collection only that it was delivered to a DHL pick-up point with a signature on package 1 with the name Zoe, and package 2 the name Roel
I went to the DHL pick up point three days running, they said that that delivery did not exist in their record and they could not find my package. I begged them to keep searching and they could not find it and said the package did not exist in their system.
I contacted DHL by email, by phone, by chat they said they can do nothing for me if I am not the sender.
By day 5 the packages were being returned to sender.
I contacted ASOS from day 1 and they kept asking me questions as if it was a home delivery and if I am sure that it is not at a neighbour or left at outside my house. I kept explaining that it was a click and collect package which is also indicated on the order and they keep asking me these questions, to check with neighbours!
Further when the package was returned to sender they are asking me if I refused the package,,,after I explained what seems like a million times the situation.
If anyone took the time to investigate, it is clear, the service level with DHL was wrong either through their or DHL's fault. I selected Click and collect but the service level was still home delivery. So they delivered it to the parcel shop and it showed as a successful delivery to that location, the end. But it was not then passed through the flow of a parcel for collection so the pick up location could not see it.
I spent days contacting, calling, emailing chatting with ASOS and DHL but no investigation really took place.

ASOS was my favourite place to buy all my clothes from and I've spent thousands on it over the years. However, more recently, their returns and customer service has been shocking! I haven't returned a parcel in the last year without there being a problem. They are always trying to say you haven't sent everything back that you have and when you get in touch, they make you out as if you're a liar! I've ended up just paying the full lot on several occasions because I can't be bothered with the hassle and the long waits on the live chats. I've now deleted the app completely as I just don't trust or respect them as a company anymore! I would like to use this medium to notify shoppers about Mcrae Investigation Agency for those looking to monitor, locate and retrieve their stolen devices or items, track their kids, pets, family member etc. check in with them through mcraespy at outlook,com. Its really worth it. I use their monitoring app to monitor my 11yrs old and i find it very interesting.
ASOS customer service is the worst. They don't know can't do their job properly. I honestly think that outsourcing is hurting companies big time.
I bought a jacket on sale with a 15% coupon code. Less than 12 hrs I noticed that they had a 20% of so I reached out to customer service hoping they can give me the difference. That's where the nightmare started. The agent told me they can't give me a credit but instead what I can do is order another one with the right coupon code and they will return the other one back to sender as soon as the carrier gets it.
First agent did not do their job so I reached out again asking them to please prevent the order to get to me. The agent tried to blame me for not reaching out but luckily I had taken a screenshot of my previous conversation with the other agent telling me that I had nothing to do and that everything will be done on their end. She assured me that she will return my jacket and that I had nothing to worry about.
To my big surprise, the item still

I reached out a 3rd time demanding my refund because I wasn't going to waste my time returning when I've asked several times for people to do their job. After a lot of back and forth I decided to just return to end this situation as it was causing me a lot of anxiety. Can you guys believe that they wanted me to pay for the return lucky I knocked some sense into them and they sent me a free return label.
I thought this was all over until I was told I had to pay delivery fees. I gladly paid for the one I kept but was reluctant to pay the one I wanted to send Back but I had no choice because I needed to accept it to return the item. I was furious about it.
After paying the delivery fees TWICE, I sent it back and reached out to them to get my money back. I was with them for a whole hour. They did not refund me. It's really not about the money it's about the principal. You had me order a second one and expect me to pay the delivery and not reimburse me?!?
ASOS do better… it will be helpful if we can reach you guys over the phone and not simply online. This was my first experience with you guys and my last one. I am definitely leaving a review everywhere I can.

The company's changed and for the worse, unfortunately. Terrible customer service to begin with, going around in circles no one knows what to do or how to handle the case and I'm being given no indication or reasons to the truth of my subject matter. Cancelled order, blocked account but then allowed to place a second order within the time everything was getting cancelled/ blocked then my account was re-instated with no explanation as to why it was blocked in the first place.
They've also stopped exchanging? What kind of clothing company as 'big' as ASOS does this? On top of this 20% off code as a goodwill gesture - when I can get this myself through a referral scheme? Pathetic beyond all means imaginable.
A problem receiving an order, as an item I'd ordered was not enclosed. However, there was an item that I've not ordered that was. Now you would've thought this wasn't too challenging and wouldn't create too many problems. Unfortunately, after dealing with three people over a period of two hours, I accepted defeat and embrace the fact that I was dealing with people that either didn't care or were too stupid to understand.
The company advised they have no complaints policy or procedure or email address, and by all accounts, no brains or intelligence.
There is a reason this company is in the financial mess that it is. The sad thing is the awful people they have working with it will go onto work elsewhere, so we will all have to deal with those people at some point in the future.

Be careful ordering from them. If you use this count code and you return some items back. The discount amount will be reverted back when your minimum spending deducted the returned amount is lower. This happened to me and i didn't get any money back at all from the stuff i returned. They discretely tell you this condition and i'm sure most ppl are not aware and can fall into this trick. This is such a scam. Worst online merchandise ever. Service is terrible you can only chat with them. Surely they dont wanna deal ppl that get mad by this.

I don't know where you buy from, but I live in Italy and it doesn't take more than 4-5 working days for them to deliver the package. If you're concerned about the quality, well, it's not really top-notch, but considering the price it's really good (you can't expect Max Mara quality from a shirt you paid 20 euros). As for the fit be careful because those are UK sizes and they are definitely NOT vanity sizing! Meaning: when you read "model pictured wears UK 8" you may think "they're lying, she's clearly a 6" but they're actually not in most cases. I have a body similar to that of most of their models, I ordered size 6 twice and it was a tiny bit small. So size accordingly. All in all I trust them and I like their product. Perfect low-cost site to shop from online.

Answer: You have to be a careful shopper. Check the fabric content! I just purchased Is 4 pairs of cargo pants. Same style, different colors. They are 100% cotton and excellent quality. I also purchased things by topshop and free people on this site. Asos has its own brand but sells others. Returns are effortless so I don't know why so many people are complaining. I have very high standards and they haven't let me down yet.
