I have ordered some stuff for Christmas Day on 20th NOV. So the actual delivery date was 20th DEC. And after 2-3 days they did to 24th DEC. And now when I am trying to track my items it just arrived in Australia and est date is 29th DEC. I had a chat with some BRIAN from site. He was so rude, he is like we can't do anything. We may need 7 more working days to deliver it. It's seriously Bull$#*!

I've been asked by APG (the shipping company that asos use to shipp the parcels), to pay
22.9 GBP, for import clearance and tax, this is about 30% of the amount of my order and this was not mantioned on the asos site.
This is a scam, asos point out when ordering, that shipping is free and then ask for an additional fee for shipping, as a handling fee and tax,
But the did not pay tax and in my contry there is no 28% tax.
Currently my Christmas presents have been in the air for 13 days and ASOS has zero customer service or support to find out where they actually are. Shocking service from this once good company, use with extreme caution.
ASOS onsistently ships incorrect items and never follows up or corrects the issues. Customer service is nearly impossible to reach and they are completely unhelpful when you finally do reach them. Shipping times are wildly inconsistent.
I've been a customer for several years now because I'm tall, now I will order two of the same items two different sizes so here's the thing sent both packages containing two items each back got a refund for one item. All the good things I'm hearing about Asos Some true some not they meaning whomever receives the return not doing there right something Mind you I never had this problem before this. I emailed I even put a note in one of the packages because one was purchased maybe a month prior to the other and sometimes I'm slow sending stuff back but will meet the deadline anyway no response and again I like Asos because they sale clothing for Tall women as myself

If you have a problem with your order don't expect a quick solution.
They do not have an email or phone number, only option is to contact on chat, then after you get through after maybe an hour, they'll tell you they're passing it onto a specialist team who will contact you within 48 hours, after 3 days you'll contact back and then they'll tell you the same thing, only that this time they will for sure contact you back within 48 hours

This site is an elaborate scam. The site looks legit, but they don't sell anything other than empty words and promises.
I ordered a pair of Nike sandals. This site had them priced about $15 lower than the next lowest price. Seemed like a good deal. Next time, I'll spend the extra to ensure I'm buying from a reputable site.
After placing my order, I received a confirmation email with a link to the "shipment tracking". The link took me to the official UPS website, but their site didn't recognize the tracking number.
The order was supposed to be delivered on Dec. 10. I contacted them on the 13th. Then again on the 17th, both times via their site's online chat. On the 17th, I was told that there had to be a UPS investigation into my package and I should wait for that to conclude. I told them that the investigation was not my concern -- I wanted a refund, or a valid tracking number that shows my order is enroute. I was sent a link to a USPS (not UPS!) tracking number that indicated the package hadn't been received at the post office.
So, has the item been shipped via USPS? If so, why does your site lead me to UPS when I click the "Track my Order" link?

ASOS is not good!
Im from North America. I was told by the site that if i spent $75, shipping would be free. This was not the case. I was charged $30 extra for duty. After enquiring about the extra cost, I was told by the company that i needed to spend $150 for them to cover duty. I went back to find any warnings about paying extra for duty there was nothing. I payed anyways. The quality was bad, and if i want to return i will need to pay $22 more. If i want to return these jeans that don't fit the total will cost me $50. There is no way to actually talk to somebody about these extra coats and They will not do anything about misleading me this way. I'm still waiting for my other 2 orders and its been 2 weeks.
Customer service is a 0. Quality 1 and over all experience with this company is a minus 10
Worst customer services. Order was 10 days late on express. No way to track. Both carrier and ASOS said different things. My money was not refunded on time.
To be honest, I'm not a fan of online shopping, as I prefer to see, touch, try on everything before buying. However, I still make purchases on the Internet, very rarely, but aptly. One of my favorite stores is Asos.
DO NOT BUY THERE. PARCEL NEVER ARRIVED. THE ONE THAT ARRIVED ARE DAMAGED. THEY WILL NOT REFUND YOU BEFORE MONTHS. THE CUSTOMERS SERVICE IS ONLY BY CHAT AND THE WORST CHAT APP. EVER.
Horrible experience with ASOS. Ordered the space Hippies 04 and received the Blazer Mid tops instead, a week later then promised. Free shipping cost me $16 CAD to even receive the package and $22 CAD more to return the wrong shoes.
Technical support couldn't be reached for hours in the '5 min cue'.
Its projected to be received by ASOS in over a month. Who knowns how long till they send me to proper shoe... maybe by next Christmas and i'm sure i will have to incur more shipping costs.

My wife saw some clothes and I ordered. They claimed that it shipped per fedex. Fedex never delivered! They still have my money and we never received the order. They stated that I need to wait for FedEx response. If they're late delivering, I'm sure they'll be late responding.
Received the wrong size of an item I purchased. Contacted support asking for a replacement (which contacting them is a horrendous experience, takes forever and hard to get in touch), as I returned the incorrect size already. Was told that wasn't an option and that I had to pay full price (I had used a birthday promo code plus got free shipping) so basically they wanted me to pay 2.5x the original price to reorder an item I already bought and didn't receive because ASOS fulfillment made a mistake. They then told me they actually could send a replacement and that I would receive a confirmation email within 24 hours, chat ended. I didn't receive an email but instead got one that said it was out of stock and the replacement had been cancelled. I checked online and it was still available in my size to purchase online, so obviously not out of stock. I reached out to customer service again (took me 24 hours to actually get in touch with someone again) only to be told that it was an error (AGAIN) because it is in stock. But that they can't actually offer a replacement, like the other person said and that I should just reorder it and pay full price and could ask for a price adjustment later (LOL WHEN?) I said no, they said that was all I could do and ended the chat. This company is a SCAM. They made a mistake and then wanted to me to pay for it again and pay way more than I originally did? No thanks. Will not be ordering from here again. Plus the fact that their customer service is only available via chat and clearly outsourced to another country. Terrible service. Terrible quality.
Bought a Northface coat and instead I received a Columbia jogging pants. Now how can a $220 coat be misplaced with a jogging pants. Smh horrible. Now I had to return and wait another 2 weeks for my refund. The worst ever
Last year I ordered around 6 dresses and ended up only keeping half of the order which I didn't think was too ridiculous or anything. This time I ordered around 40 things... and almost none of them were even close to fitting. I'm 5'8" 128lbs - a size 4/size 6 on my period. I only ordered those sizes along with a few Tall items. One pair of size 4 jeans were almost child sized and a size 4 romper could have fit me AND my boyfriend. Those were just the 2 worst things. Everything was boxy and weird. I only ended up properly fitting into some shorts and a bodysuit. I ordered some accessories which I love and am keeping but the clothes are worse than Shein and way more expensive. On top of that my account wasn't showing I was trying to return the 30 trash items and I had to talk to 4 customer support people before one of them actually understood me and was able to email me labels and its still not showing on my account. Trash clothes and trash support other than Angelica she was cool thank you Angelica.

Answer: Look, as I wrote here I shopped with them many times and I was never disappointed. I don't know where you buy from, but I live in Italy and it doesn't take more than 4-5 working days for them to deliver the package. If you're concerned about the quality, well, it's not really top-notch, but considering the price it's really good (you can't expect Max Mara quality from a shirt you paid 20 euros). As for the fit be careful because those are UK sizes and they are definitely NOT vanity sizing! Meaning: when you read "model pictured wears UK 8" you may think "they're lying, she's clearly a 6" but they're actually not in most cases. I have a body similar to that of most of their models, I ordered size 6 twice and it was a tiny bit small. So size accordingly. All in all I trust them and I like their product. Perfect low-cost site to shop from online.

Answer: You have to be a careful shopper. Check the fabric content! I just purchased Is 4 pairs of cargo pants. Same style, different colors. They are 100% cotton and excellent quality. I also purchased things by topshop and free people on this site. Asos has its own brand but sells others. Returns are effortless so I don't know why so many people are complaining. I have very high standards and they haven't let me down yet.
