ASOS has extremely poor customer service. There's no one to call and email. They promised a 5 days delivery. The products were never delivered and still not delivered after one month.
When I followed up to get delivery status with their online chat, they didn't have any information when the products will be received. They simply told me to wait another two weeks.
ASOS is horrible to deal with and very irresponsive. It is the product was amazing, I would never order from ASOS again.
I sent a return in December 2021 all in good "return" timing and it's April and i still have not recieved a refund. It is impossible to get in touch with this company. I've tried everything! Customer Care numbers, their online chat etc. I'm waiting for a 110.- Dollars Refund and NO ONE is available to give me information on this. Their is no access to customer care, whether it be on their website, through Tel. Contact, email or facebook, etc. I've now waisted a good 2 hrs plus of my time on this. What a disappointment! I will for sure not be ordering from them again.

Have ordered regularly from ASOS. This time it was a very important order because it was for dresses for my daughter's graduation. ASOS use the courier company Yodel to deliver in the UK. After 4 days I checked on my order to discover that it had not only not been delivered, but Yodel returned it to ASOS. No call on the mobile number I provided, no card left, and no attempt to redeliver. They just sent it back. When I contacted ASOS, I was told that they do not resend parcels and that I would receive a refund. That is not a solution but a total cop-out by ASOS. SOme of those dresses in the GBP240 order were last items of that size which means that I will not be able to reorder these items. My daughter is devastated. ASOS needs to be able to address issues like this and not have a blanket "I don't care about customers, I'll just refund the money because someone else will order the items immediately". That's just exceedingly poor customer service. Will I order from ASOS again? Never... and I would advise others to think carefully about ordering from a company that does not value their customers and does not care about their customers. Furthermore, aSOS should stop using a cowboy outfit like Yodel who are not couriers but a mickey-mouse company that is derelict in their duty to adequately deliver parcels to their addressees.
Disaster i returned the items 2 months ago, and they never refunded me!
Rudely costumer care is trying to convince me how they did with no proof whatsoever, never answering to emails and when u get to chat with them, they tell you how they will inform there refund specialist and get back to you! Refund "specialist "then reply to you after 2 extra weeks, with no explanation just again saying how they refunded me and i don't have the money on my account! I have a mobile app on which I'm able to follow up every single transaction, i also made a screenshot from the dates they are claiming to have refunded me, but no response to emails from them at all!
All I'm doing already 3d month now is chasing them in the circles they are the worst website ever!
If you apriciate money you earn don't order from here!

Horrible experience. My order is delayed and stuck in the warehouse for over a week and now will not be delivered in time for what i needed it for. Customer service rep KRISTEL refused to cancel my order nor communicate the warehouse department. She basically just brushed me off with robotic automated messages over and over. She told me to deal with it with the shipping courier. No accountability and time wasting as i do not have the time to run around in circles to interfere a package or refuse as i am not often home. Super frustrating. I've been a customer for years. I can't believe how complicated it is to cancel an order that hasn't been shipped.
ASOS canceled my order without telling me. When I texted CS, they said it was beacuse I used a promo code. If you don't want promo codes, don't include a box for them. Or don't allow the order at that time. But you can't cancel an order a week later because you didn't like it. BAD BUSINESS here. Beware.
Got my clothes, not of great quality but I guess that's on me for trying it out... but the real issue is that they charged me an extra $52.46 CDN - i called the post office, and its not a duties or customs charge. Their website shipping/handling says that it does not charge any fees for orders over $150, and mine was definitely over that. The company added on a sender's fee, and there's no way for me to get a refund on this because they have absolutely no customer service. Instead, they have some stupid virtual assistant that has terrible word recognition software... soooo just saying. If you want to take your chances and order from here you can..

Not worth it. They have discounts, you purchase it, they refund you. You contact customer service, this process lasts a couple of days and does not resolve anything. They will give you a coupon code to purchase with the same price. Guess what? You will be refunded again. It does not happen when you buy without discounts. At the end you spend so much time, it's not worth it at all. Customer service doesn't do anything, they claim there are bugs at app or in website, but they can't do anything.
I shopped with ASOS for about a month, with 1 out of 4 orders going missing (delivery company's fault which ASOS refunded me). So I ordered a replacement and was reassured that I can order more than one of the same item in different sizes for an accurate fit and return the unsuitable ones immediately, unworn, in original packaging with labels attached, which I did and kept the sizes that fit (they sell things by different brands so the sizing is never consistent and I have been size from Small to XL and from 12 to 16 in their clothing - ALL OVER the place! So ordering different sizes is a must if you want things to fit). So ASOS blocks me out of the blue. The last order arrives and again, only one of two sizes in each items fits right and I contact customer services about returning the unsuitable items in original packaging, new unworn ect... They tell me they are very sorry and to wait for their Specialist Investigation Team to figure out why I was blocked and wait to be unblocked before I can return anything and they guarantee that it won't take more than 30 days. Well, 45 days later - no email from ASOS, still blocked and can't get through to anyone about returning of the items and a refund. What a scam! I did nothing wrong whatsoever and any normal retailer would abide by the Consumer Laws, but not this company. They don't care at all. I've lost a lot of money and the stress of having to contact them so many times was unnecessary. I've read so many similar stories since and I only wish I read them BEFORE I bought anything from them. Because they've had hundreds of pounds worth of my business that they DO NOT DESERVE!
They sent me the wrong dress. I had to pay duty fees, on top of my own postage for the return, which they said they will refund me for, but am not counting on it based on their customer service. I am just utterly shocked that ASOS is willing to lose a customer over $16.51 CAD. If a company makes a mistake, which you did, they should make the customer whole again. Regardless of which country issued the duty fees or what have you. Instead, ASOS customer service employees have decided to argue with me about it and continually redirect me to the Canadian Border Agency website like robots, when I have explained multiple times how it works after speaking with them. It is quite disgusting that they find it appropriate that I'm out of pocket over nothing of my doing. I explained to all 1000 odd employees that have wrote me back on the issue that $9.99 of CODs are handling fees that you do not get back. I am paying them twice now for the same dress, and that's if I get the correct dress this time. No one is able to get past the sherking of responsibility and just admit that it is inappropriate and disgusting that I am being made to pay this twice. One employee when so far as to point out that I got a discount on the second dress. Let me break down the "discount"for you, I'm out $16.51 CAD, soon to be $33.03 CAD with the new shipment. I was given a 20% off coupon, which when applied is $115.12 FOR THE DRESS MINUS $

If you are reading this, order from somewhere else! They are con artists and do not even have a phone number to talk to an actual representative. They will just have a different myriad of employees with varying and conflicting knowledge give you the run around until you hopefully forget that you are out your hard earned $$$$$. Not to mention the aggravation. I suggest you RUN the other way. Do not deal with this phony, shady company, if you can call it one.

I ordered sweatshirt through ASOS website as a present. Wrong Item was delivered.
When customer service was contacted, they could not deliver the item I ordered other than refunding full amount when the package was returned.
After 2 weeks of returning the package, the refund was not received. I have contacted them in regards to refund, but they kept saying that sales tax is not part of the refund.
After chatting more than 30 minutes, we found the FAQ from their website that full transaction including sales tax to be refunded.
They asked me to wait another 10 days to wait for the refund to be processed.
They keep claiming that they owe me 44.52 not the full amount.
They also claimed that 4.99 had been refunded already, but I never received it.
BEWARE! ASOS may scheming off of customers who are returning items and requesting refund.
I never got my order. Chat kept me on hold for 1/2 hour, then said they couldn't do anything. Thieves. So sick of wealthy corporations with no heart.
There is only one way to contact this company if they misplace your order or if something goes wrong-- live chat. The live chat does not work. I spent hours waiting for it to load on multiple browsers, using two different laptops and a phone, before googling it to find that I am not the only one with this issue. If something goes wrong with your order, and god knows it might with how disorganized they are, you will never be able to speak with a human about it. I may never get my money back. I will never shop here again.

I bought a size 32H swimsuit top from mercari thst is ASOS brand and it holds absolutely nothing. A few jumps and everything spilled out the middle of the top. Designing a swimsuit for people with bigger chests means they require more coverage and support. I go to the beach or water park to do cannon balls, slide down slides, and have fun. Unless i were sun tanning completely still, this top is useless.

They stole my money ($600+). They pretend to have sent the order but are unable to provide me with any proof. The order never arrived and in order not to have to reimburse me they just closed my account. They treat customers as stupid people. They are pure thieves do not order from ASOS anymore.
Ordered my wedding dress from them and got all the shipping information.
On the day of delivery, I got all the other items in my order that didnt have shipping information, EXCEPT the dress.
All i wanted to know where the dress was, but all i got was a bunch of passive aggressive checks i have to confirm to make sure i didnt "miss" my delivery. I got a delivery, just not the item they said they'd delivery.
Had to pay customs and everything and had to demand they refund my customs amount as well.
Got my money back, but not really sure what to do now that I dont have a wedding dress...
Feedback? Don't do bridal if you can't deliver, that stuff is TIME SENSITIVE and if you can't keep to what you promise... don't do it at all.

Answer: Look, as I wrote here I shopped with them many times and I was never disappointed. I don't know where you buy from, but I live in Italy and it doesn't take more than 4-5 working days for them to deliver the package. If you're concerned about the quality, well, it's not really top-notch, but considering the price it's really good (you can't expect Max Mara quality from a shirt you paid 20 euros). As for the fit be careful because those are UK sizes and they are definitely NOT vanity sizing! Meaning: when you read "model pictured wears UK 8" you may think "they're lying, she's clearly a 6" but they're actually not in most cases. I have a body similar to that of most of their models, I ordered size 6 twice and it was a tiny bit small. So size accordingly. All in all I trust them and I like their product. Perfect low-cost site to shop from online.

Answer: You have to be a careful shopper. Check the fabric content! I just purchased Is 4 pairs of cargo pants. Same style, different colors. They are 100% cotton and excellent quality. I also purchased things by topshop and free people on this site. Asos has its own brand but sells others. Returns are effortless so I don't know why so many people are complaining. I have very high standards and they haven't let me down yet.
