The vanity plate I ordered came in a few short days and has nice sharp colors. There was a slight bend in it but not a big deal.
The key chains I purchased (30) only had one side complete. The other side was blank (silver or metal). The product would have been better if it had both sides compete with the graphic. Or it should have been advertised that only one side would be complete. I was not happy with my purchase.

It was 8$ for a license plate. I thought that was a great deal. I kept waiting for it to ask me my text for the plate, I kept going until checkout. After payment confirmation I called customer service. Only to find out it's an additional five dollars to put text on it. Which, essentially, isn't a big deal. I just think the site should be more clearly stated and streamlined as so there's no confusion. I found out about the additional five dollars from the customer service call. This is where I was ticked off a little. I called to ask about the text, and the woman on the other end treated me as if I was stupid for not knowing the information I was calling about. She began getting frustrated with me and I told her I wasn't being short with her, and if she could stop being short with me. We got the situation resolved, she figured out how to send me a Paypal request for the additional charge, and made the transaction complete. I haven't received my item yet, but hopefully it'll be here soon with no problems.

This purchase of a personalized auto tag is the third time in about a two years that I have ordered from Smart Blonde. Each time not only has creating my tags been a breeze online but the service has been excellent. My product has been shipped within two days and I have been notified of each step of the shipment process by e-mail. The tags have arrived unscathed as they have been packaged carefully within sturdy packaging. In addition, the actual tags look exactly like what I created online. Completely satisfied. I thought the plates would have the text imprinted not just printed on. They look good but don't look authentic. Don't know if that information was in the fine print buy if it wasn't, it should be.
