I designed and ordered a auto license plate. When it arrived via USPS in a heavy envelope stamped 2 times "DO NOT BEND" it was bent on one corner and the license plate inside was also bent. I emailed the company and very shortly received a reply asking me to send a picture of the damaged envelope and plate. I did and they sent me another plate within days! I was very impressed with the way they handled it and how quickly they made things right. I will definitely recommend this company to everyone I can.
I ordered a license plate and it really does look great. The only issue I had was that one corner was completely bent. It could have been damaged in shipping but if that is the case then maybe it should have been packaged better. I'm going to try and straighten the bend out. I just want it to be made aware that maybe the packaging should be better in the future.

Thanks due to the patience and attention from Kerry Newberry, my experience was wonderful with Smart 'blonde... there were some complications with my order as I needed it sent to an APO (Army Post Office) address in Germany to avoid expensice international rates. Kerry worked with me, sent many possibilities for several license plates, continue to work even over my mistakes with address... together we were very successfulll Kudos to Kerry... hope to order from you again.
