My issue was a new TV. I set it up and then did not turn it on for 2 more days. There was no sound at all. The tech that helped me was excellent. He had to lead me through several steps to solve my problem. Spent a lot of time (3 hours) but that was not the fault of the tech. I had to finally do a factory reset so needed to enter all new info. I did get it accomplished and send thanks and blessings to the tech who helped me.
I did have problems with the site. I lost contact several times, then I was able to stay connected.
