Very fast delivery. Company worked with me to get me what I needed. This company has a lot of jewelry that you cannot find anywhere else. I enjoy unique jewelry. You cannot beat their prices. I love a good deal! I will use Ashley Jewels again!

It's true a persons real beauty comes from God. But it's our responsibility to show it more beautiful and decorated. Can not say how happy I was when I opened my order to find the most beautifully made plated bracletes for my grand daughters. Ladies I work with were that impressed with them that I had to order more for their grand daughters

I ordered in January. I received an email in Feb that the item was delivered and signed for at my work place, which is impossible as it was a Sunday. Emailed Ashley Jewels, and was ensured the item would be re dispatched.
I still had not received any item in April so I emailed again. And I have got no reply since, though I have emailed 3 times. Can't even get a refund or a reply!
Would not recommend ordering from Ashley Jewels at all.

I have been waiting for months now for my 166$ refund. All they keep telling me is that they are reviewing it. No phone number to reach anyone. Odd?
I buy all the time and never had any problem receiving my products plus we love it.

Finally arrived after being delivered to wrong address, but love the necklace, nice birthday gift for little girl
Ordered 2 "she believed should could do she did brackets" no where on site did it say how long I had to wait. 6 weeks! Then on delivery they put the wrong date charms on both brackets. I was told I'd get a refund. Still waiting 1 month later. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE.
My bracelet arrived today and as i was taking it out of its little pink bag the sun caught it, all i could say was WOW THIS IS SO BEAUTIFUL
I received my two necklaces today one was a cat very pretty. I took it out the bag and one pearl heart as a bow fell off... I have stuck it on, it looks ok but it should never have happened... I am far from happy...

I ordered a bracelet for my daughter as a Christmas present in November 2016. I did not get it by Christmas, however, I get an email in January, that the bracleet has been returned from FRANCE (I live in FINLAND). When I contacted the company concerning this, it was naturally my fault. They promised to send the bracelet to me asap - to FRANCE. When I finally got them to understand, that France and Finland are 2 totally different countries and get the address right it was the beginning of February.
Today I got an email, that my package has been returned from - surprise, surprise - France: D
I have asked my money back twice along the process, but I cannot get it, since I have informed a wrong address (which I have not done)
So stay away from this place! I do not recommend!
We are very disappointed with Ashley Jewels. It took over 2 months to receive our order which was reasonably large. We only received it 5 days before our deadline and was 2 items short. Even after numerous emails we have still not received our refund - despite us having paid up front. Not happy at all. Will never use them again.
I can't speak for everyone, but I know when I ordered my elephant keyrings for me and my boyfriend, once I placed the order I read all these reviews telling me it was a scam. While the product it's self was cheap, I was scared I had been scammed preparing myself for the worst. Alas, here we are 2 weeks later, and I see the package arrived in my door way! I'm British and the company is china based, so be aware the wait may be long! But the products are fantastic quality, and exactly the same as the photo. The negative review had me scared thinking I'd been robbed, but please know that they do deliver, it just may take longer than you'd like!
