Hi have ordered a necklace back in january and still havent recived it and they havent replyed to my emails and havent refuned me at all worst company
I ordered two bangles November 9~still not here 6 weeks later. Correspondence with this company, out of China, is going no where except offers for discounts if I purchase more items. They claim this has been delivered, but there is no delivery record with the post office. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY

I am so disappointed because i DIDN'T receive my purchased item from ashley jewel. They received my payment but they didn't deliver my item. I ordered a few items from Ashley Jewels in October 2016.
To this day I have not received the order nor a refund.
I have filed several queries and complaints with the company, but I keep getting responses that they will follow up / get back to me etc etc, but none of it ever happens.
DO NOT ORDER from them!
Ordered 2 pieces middle of June for my daughters Birthday in July. Tried to track. No phone number to contact them. Emailed company in mid July. Shows it was paid but undeliverable. What was that suppose to mean? Now I receive another email the other day that it is on its way but still hasn't left China... Unacceptable. So embarrassing that my daughter never received her gift. Maybe if she ever receives it she might get it by Christmas. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE CON ARTIST
