I ordered the Save The Elephants keyrings as advertised heavily on Instagram. Led to believe it was a US company. Items arrived, lots of bits different to what they should be, plainly from China, & very cheap quality.
I emailed to say that I'd been sent the wrong items, after a few chasers they replied to say that's the new design so tough, or I could post back to them (not UK address!) but it must be registered mail & I had to cover the cost of this?! And now they won't respond to any emails at all.
So in short, I'm left with some tacky Chinese poor quality rubbish, that is really fit for the bin - What I received is nothing like what was ordered or advertised, & I'd keep your money! All comments on their Instagram page say the same, they have a lot of disgruntled customers, all wondering what the heck to do with their now incorrect, poor quality goods!
Purchased a keychain and ring and the key chain fell apart the first time i put my keys in my pocket. You get what you pay for and less I guess. $ 10.00 may be insignificant to some, but I still expect a bit more than 1/2 use.
I purchased a bracelet which made my wrist turn green! When I complained the offered me a new one with my next order. But I won't be purchasing from them again! Then they have said its more than 30 days! Don't buy. Poor cheap quality at very high prices!
Purchased item 22/04/16 and tracking showed item being everywhere but country of destination. Customer service representatives must have frequent holidays as emails go unanswered, despite their website saying they respond within 24 hrs!
This company is certainly laughing at their customers! I received a refund through PayPal 21/0616 but it was such a pain and wasting my time because I refuse to let someone take my money for nothing, despite how small the amount!
Please, AVOID this scam website. Buy from a reputable jeweller and save yourself a ridiculous amount of hassle!
First time customer, last time customer, item has been in the country since 9th June have tracking number from australia post but still no goods
I ordered from this site and it took forever to get to me. No where on the site did it say these were coming from China. I ordered 2 necklaces and the elephant keychain. None of it looked as it did in the pictures. For as long as I waited and the emails I had to send to get them to let me know where my order was I would not recommend this site. Very Disappointing
Ordered the Elephant key rings... never arrived. Several emails sent... no reply
Requested update on Facebook. Was asked to send personal message and email did both, again... but still no response... I have been ripped off also
I ordered 7 bracelets from this site my total came to 52.50 but they charged my card 71.00 dollars I haven't received the items yet but I did call pay pal and they are looking into this now. Waiting to see what happens next.
I ordered a bracelet with the "leather" band, she believed she could so she did. It actually arrived within 5 days and I was surprised to find it came from China. It was good except the band was very small, now I have small wrists but this was literally toddler length. Fortunately I make jewelry and I believe I have some leather band material around here so I will just remove the too small band and replace it. With that said I will never order from them again, even with the 15% off coupon they sent me.

I placed an order on 3-23-16 and was told it was in stock so it should be here in a week or two. Today is 3-13 -16 and no package. I was told by Bob to call the shipping company since it was on my side of the shipping to track it down. Do not know how they keep in business

Ordered a breast cancer bracelet money came out if account next day, that was four months ago and still no bracelet, no answers to my emails. This is obviously a Scam wish someone could do something about it, innocent people getting ripped off, not fair. So warning everyone DO NOT EVEN THINK OF BUYING FROM THIS SHOTTY MOB!
Their "jewelry" is terrible, very poor quality, flimsy coated plastic. I was so disappointed that I sent it back right away. Two months and multiple emails later, I have still not received a refund. Please do not make the same mistake I did. STAY AWAY FROM ASHLEY JEWELS!
This place is horrible. Their jewlery is cheap chinese crap and their customer service is even worse. Their "silver" jewelery already had the chinsy plating rubbed off when i opened the package. A week later one of the charms fell off the bracelet. They should have to pay us to wear this garbage and put up with their snotty little excuse for customer service representatives. You would be better off buying costume jewelery from Claires.
STILL have not received two necklaces that were for grand daughters Christmas. Even though it was promised for Christmas when ordered still not here. 12 days now! Had I known it was a trip from China I would have bought elsewhere. Looked at tracking today... Still in CHINA! WTH? This company advertises like it's in USA. Never again. I dont give a $hit how cheap it is...
I was surprised to read negative reviews. I ordered the Climbing Cat pendant on Dec 10. I am in Canada so I was afraid that it would take forever to get from China. They sent me confirmation and a tracking number immediately after I placed the order and it only took 11 days to get to me. The pendant is exactly as advertised, very good quality for a $6.00 item.
I ordered the Grandmother/Granddaughter bracelet for a Christmas gift. It took so long and Christmas was fast approaching, I ordered something similar that arrived very quickly. The one from Ashley was shipped from China. Will never order from this company again. I would give no stars but you can't post a review without at least one star.
I have read mixed reviews regarding this site on other review sites however after requesting urgent postage for Christmas gifts my parcel has arrived well before Christmas and are absolutely beautiful.
I would definitely purchase from them again. The items I have purchased are even better in real life than they look on the website.
I would have no hesitation in recommending this site to anyone - I only suggest that you leave enough postage time as I have heard from other people that they can be slow. I found though that when I expressed the urgency that I needed my parcel they could not have been more helpful.
