The watch arrived very quickly and is basically a great watch, but unfortunately it has a flaw in the movement. This ETA movement is unfortunately very loud and makes scratching noises, which in my opinion should not be the case with a new watch of this quality. I have already written to customer service twice about this and to date have received NO reply, which is very annoying. I would love to order another watch, but based on this experience, I certainly won't. Too bad...

La livraison s'est déroulée dans des conditions optimales et nécessitait des frais de douanes pour acheminer le colis vers la France. Tout s'est bien passé. Le prix frais de douane compris reste bien inférieur au prix du marché français pour ce produit donc tout est parfait.
