I am satisfied with the speed of delivery, I buy regularly, I have already bought 12 watches at a price of 9.780USD, but I am sorry that as a regular client, at least two deliveries of damaged boxes (01.10.2024 - four pieces of EDOX boxes and 12.02.2025 - one piece of box for ORIS Atelier watches). For the Edox delivery the travel pouch was missing, the store promised to send it additionally together with a discount for the damaged boxes, but it did not happen..

Previous orders have gone mostly fine. I was able to place this order after creating a new account, and yet there was some problem with the address for the credit card payment. I missed the watch I was looking for. There was no problem in previous orders.
I once received different items than I ordered and the delivery was incomplete (case was missing, watch boxes were broken).
In the first order, I received a watch with dust under the glass and with bent masts, which I discovered only after replacing the strap, which had come loose and threatened to damage the watch by falling.
