Price was low, but support really sucks. The person I dealt with was super lazy and basically told me to go find the manual for my (expensive) watch by myself. If it were my company, I'd send them home and find a better worker.

I love all my 2 watches. I always want Hamilton brand. Am a woman wearing man watches. I love big watch. Great selections.
I received my Guess sunglasses not in great/new condition. They're beautiful glasses from a distance, but the left lens is scratched up and the left temple arm is really loose (not because the screw is loose but like someone wore them and stretched them out?). I threw all of the packaging away (thinking that they're new sunglasses), and that was a mistake. Hey... at least the Guess eyeglass case is nice: (
