I ordered several pairs of sunglasses, which were supposedly returned to the warehouse because UPS said something was wrong with the address. I contacted Ashford Customer Support & requested the package be reshipped. I was told that wasn't possible. I would receive a refund & then I could reorder & "As soon as our warehouse receives and processes the package, they will be in contact with you with an update.". No update & no refund, all around horrible experience.

Gorgeous watch and love it - but the bracelet is too small. Missing links, not in new/original condition. Watch must have been returned with bracelet links taken out. Now have to spend anothre $60 to buy links and have them added to bracelet. Too bad - now the "SALE" price is not really a sale.
Watchband was missing screws, only option was a return. I wanted to replace watch and the price had increased to $850 from the $285 I had paid. Will try and sort out the issue with the watch manufacturer. (Gervil)
