Rebooking was successfully made by the agent I dealt with however, my query about the refund of unused travel is not so clear because according to him it depends on the airline policy. He do not know exactly the airline policy regarding refund of unused travel which put me in limbo about it despite that I paid the all included insurance when I rebooked my flight schedule and it cost me additional expenses for this.
