Service by Yoshi was great! The only flaw was with the verification and confirmation of my credit card payment. Seemed like there was a glitch in the system so there was some back-and-forth happening. But overall. Yoshi did a great job in walking-the-extra-mile just to help me in securing a round trip ticket for next year. He was thorough and professional, at the same time friendly, patient, and conversant. Thank you!

Overall, it was a really good experience. The customer service agents are remarkable. They really would go the extra mile for you. Of course the ticket agents have no control over the teaser rates that ASAP post on their site. I originally was curious about the low fares they were offering for the new year. Well, those rates didn't apply to the early spring where I plan on booking my trip. The ticketing agent was able to help me navigate to the best possible airfare round-trip that would be available to me. Just like any other air carrier or ticketing., they always post the teaser rates. So I would recommend to anyone using ASAP., to be able to be flexible with your travel dates as that has a significant impact on the price. But again, I had a great experience and my ticketing agent was awesome.!

Whenever I go abroad, I buy tickets from your company. The representative of your company who sold the tickets was very good. I wish him all the best. I believe that with such staff in this company, this company can do better in the future.
