Overall, I have had a pleasant service with ASAP. Ryder, my Travel Agent was very helpful in calming down my frustration. My past two experiences were not as smooth but my service today was excellent. The customer service agent took the time to process the new option for my ticket. She assured me that she will get back with me once the airline approves the new ticket option. This is exactly what happened, I am in her debt.

Your agent booked me for Toronto / Manila flight with lay over of 2 hours and 20 minutes at San Francisco Calif as well as in Taipei. After the ticket had been issued and upon review of my itenerary I found out that it is not 2:20 hrs lay over at San Frans is too short considering that I have to pass thru US customs/immigration. I emailed her about my predicament and she promised me to find another airline but she could not be contacted anymore and considering that my departure is fast approaching I have to cough up another 500 dollars which had been added to my ticket cost to remedy the situation.
