Branco was a persistent customer service agent who helped me with getting my ideal price for the three tickets I purchased for my travel to Nairobi from Toronto. He was kind and gave me my space when I needed to think and ponder. Initially there were 5 people in this trip, 2 being seniors; who couldn't make it for this travel. But Branco was accommodating, always polite, with an ear to listen well to a customer's need. We talked for a month before I ended up purchasing the tickets and at what a great price!
