Mr. Shivansh and Ms. Prianka have Excellent and outstanding customer service. They both did a wonderful job looking into Alternative Flights for us. They tried their best to make inquires with the Flight Companies about better options on our behalves for shorter layovers but it was out of their hands.

The layovers could have been better for a short notice flight cancellation on the end of the Flight Companies but overall, we thank the above Two Scheduling Change Representatives and the ASAP Team who helped in one way or the other.

Amazon (travel agent) was very helpful. She remained in line until I received my etickets through my email.

I would guess that the folks giving ASAP a good review didn't have any need for customer service after purchase. I did. We were to travel to Bali, but my son got sick and couldn't fly and I couldn't fly because of my passport expiration date was less that 6 months (which I know was my fault). P.S. I caught up with my family 2 days later. I should have gotten some kind of partial refund for both tickets but all I got was a runaround. They even sold me flight insurance but was later told it wasn't really flight insurance but "travel care service", which is apparently worthless.

My sister and I were skeptical at first because we have never heard of ASAP tickets b4. I am happy with our choice and Unis the agent.

It was an excellent service provided. Will be gladly make referral.
