I had a positive experience finding a new flight for me and my partner when a confusing text from the airline made us miss the flight. The airline SAS refused to acknowledge or reschedule our flights, so I contacted ASAP, the company with which I purchase the original tickets. Sukh, helped me; offered me various alternatives, and allowed me time to review them. Although, a two stops trip and of course having to purchase new tickets, we will be getting home tomorrow.
