Great prices and easy check out, but the company you use to deliver your products could use some help. Shipping price is high and had to make numerous calls to find out where my door was and when it would be delivered.

Ordering these again in different size for our bedroom because the bathroom one looks amazing. Second time around shipping was slow, waited a month for 2 pieces. One of them came with a couple defects which I was able to correct. Overall very pleased with our purchase

Great selection and good prices. However I am unable to use the Shutters and need to return them. The color of the shutters is not as expected based on the colors shown on the computer. I needed more of a Burgandy than the shutters received which looked more brown, very little red. The shutters received did not in any way compliment the New House color. Actual Color sample should preceed the order and ask for verification prior to shipping.

I like that I can instantly compare prices between various sizes & finishes. These shutters are so much better than the original wooden ones on our house. The protective packaging was well done.
I really the first set of shutters we received. We ordered more shutters to match, & change out the remaining shutters for the front of our house. I wouldn't recommend packaging 2 sets of shutters together though. There must have been some shifting during transit, because I had several interior edges with chipped areas. However there were only 2 sections on the front part that showed. These were easy to fix with epoxy putty & some sanding.
