I ordered 3 shelf corbels and only received 2. When I called Arch Depot they were more than co-operative in sending me the missing 3rd corbel right away. I'm happy with the product and service. I will use the again for future projects.

Ordered exterior window shutters and window headers. Arrived on time, look great, and made a fantastic difference to our home's 'craftsman farmhouse' look. Very satisfied!
When I originally placed the order on Sept 26th, the estimated delivery day was Oct 2 -6. I finally received the order on Oct 24th. That's quite disappointing. And I also had to initiate any conversation with customer service to find out the status of my order. Another disappointment.
