It was the first time we- both in our 70's- had ever dealt with crown moldings, and the shopping for such was a learning process. First comes figuring out the size (width of the face, essentially) and the second is finding the contour that pleases. I think you make that process about as easy as it can be in a mail-order situation. We're happy with the result

Overall satisfied with the quality received. I bought shutters but the color did not match the website color and needs to be painted (I have a color calibrated monitor). I would recommend the investment in color swatches to everyone interested in buying shutters.

It didn't want to take a credit card that expires next month. It would be nice if it told me that was the reason.
We were hoping the finish was a bit shinier to match the trim, but overall it's what we expected.

I didn't realuze there would be an extra charge for shipping because the item is large. $50 extra is a lot to add at the last minute!
