I chose your company because I needed a custom size. Service and delivery was great. Product looks like it will last for many years without maintenance. You provided two different options for attachment. I chose the silver screws and appreciate the black covers to give the shutters a total nice look.
Many years ago i bought three ceiling medallions from your company for our condo. Knowing nothing about them, especially what to order with regard to the fixtures that would go with the medallions, the person on the phone helped me with what would be appropriate. It all turned out wonderfully. At present we are renovating a house and, remembering what I had learned then, ordered two medallions. They arrived in perfect condition and are beautiful. I have always been impressed with your company because of the patience the sales person showed and the advice which assisted me in choosing the correct configuration.
