If I could give negative stars, I would. Company is a complete and total joke. I was promised my $65 order overnight via next day air (+ $85 shipping) - not only did the company fail to deliver on this, they then called me to inform me if I still wanted the item, they would have to charge me an incremental $250 shipping on top of the $85 initial charge).
Buyer, please take note and bring your business elsewhere - this is a company that cannot be trusted.

Received my order and called when one piece was broken...decided I'd like to return the piece, just planning to put the decor on the front 2 gables at my house...I wanted a return label, but I haven't received one. I need to purchase decor for the front porch posts, and am hoping what those cost will be offset by returning the other...Can anyone tell me if I just mail it back in the box I received it in?...And I will get a refund? I was told it can be glued but I am concerned about that and like I said decided I just want two sets of decor for the front gables.
I was pleased to get a response when I reported the problem, but for some reason I did not get a return address...And, the builders aren't done with my front porch yet for me to know which decor I want for those posts. Everything has taken longer...I did purchase EXPENSIVE paint, but am concerned about our weather being colder now:-(...I am glad you wrote. Thanks P.S. I will be happy to send a picture once everything is in place:-)

It went well. It was a good quality shutter at a good price. I was a little worried that they would not go up well but they did.
Great value and quality on the shutters we ordered - better than big box stores. We've used Architectural Depot for our last 3 homes and they always ship promptly with no problems.
Everything was good with the sale process however there were (2) items broken, one you replaced the other I just found where the corner was Broken off, instead of waiting another week or two to get a return product I elected to repair the corner all in all I don't think the product is as good as the description the face of the finish product is not smooth very porous and ruff, easy to scratch and dent in.
Have the size of shutters I need that are not stocked in any retail outlet and better price than major big box retailers for similar items
