My first order arrived on time. Easy to order. The second order was delivered to the wrong house, Kimi Reimer at customer service followed up and arranged for a new order to ship and it arrived just the other day. Great customer service and follow up.

Ordering the railing & posts were easy from the website. I did speak to a customer rep & he was very helping. The initial delivery date that was quoted when the railing was ordered was pushed back a week since the railing was not in stock.

Large variety
5 star...Great product, had what I wanted. Very professional and would order again. Still have not put up the shutters or flower boxes. New home for my daughter and the inside is being done before the outside.

Love looking through everything you have to offer on your website. However, I was disappointed with the "barn wood" brackets. The color pictured is not even close to what I had ordered. Shutter screws were exactly what I expected.
Over all was a good experience, will use the website again in the future.
