Everything went well from what we were looking for to receiving the product

Quick and easy to find what I needed

Shipping took longer than expected, box arrived damaged but product was still intact.

There was no instructing son how to fasten them. I went to the web site it said on the box and that went to another company name and I couldn't find instructions anywhere.

So far that was the only problem.

We had difficulty locating the colors we wanted in raised panel shutters, however, Architectural Depot not only had the colors we wanted, but in the style, sizes and at a fair price. I haven't had a chance to hang them yet, but can't wait to see them in place.

I think your shipping charges are too high! It costs me $12.44 for shipping a dozen screws and ferrules.

The site was good, but they did not deliver the order or provide follow up emails stating it was delayed as the initial email indicated. If I had not followed up, I'm not confident it would have shipped out.in a timely manner. Even after I followed up, it was delayed. I recommend ordering well in advance when using this company.

Since the 4 pieces really need to be fitted together for proper alignment before installing, it would have been easier and more successful if braces would have been included to facilitate that.
