Seems a good value but shipping was slower than I expected. Mounted just fine for vinyl siding over 3/4" Insulfoam.
Easy to find what I needed without having to "SEARCH" through multiple items.
There was many selections to look at - but unfortunately only a couple which mounted in the way I needed. The item which did meet the mounting style I needed was not that 'nice' looking. And was also quite expensive for what it was. I had needed the brackets right away - they were needed to support a new granite bar top which was scheduled to be installed. I was assured the brackets would be here in time - but unfortunately, they were not shipped right away. Regarding the price - fortunately for me, days later I was on another bracket company's website - and found the same brackets for HALF what I paid. I went back to your website to confirm, and found that your price had been dropped by 50%! I called your Customer Services, and fortunately was able to get a refund for the 'overage' amount.
You have all the hard to find products needed to make a house a home.
I loved the modern square ceiling medallion. The one disappointment was that there was a ding on one edge I am hoping my painter can fix since the item is non-returnable.

I requested to cancel the order 2 days before it shipped, however I was told that they were unlabeled to cancel after it shipped. Slow costumer service even on week days.
So far so good. Can't wait to get them.Really appreciated the pix of them in a Shaker kitchen setting as that is what I am doing. It was really helpful in deciding which to choose!
