So far, so good! However, this is the third survey I received for the sample. Why are you sending multiple surveys for the same item, and the item is a sample?
I couldn't get to the measuring info page and it was hard to figure out what medallions I could work with.

I ordered one overlay and had it shipped via UPS 2-day shipping. I got an email confirming the order and was told that it would take approximately 24 to 72 hours to ship so that I should have received my order in 4 to 5 business days. But it took over a week for my order just to be processed. It was frustrating waiting for the overlay to be shipped because I was at a point in my project where I had to wait to go further on my project until I received the overlay.
