I was very pleased with both the quality and the price. Service was excellent and I received the shutters before the given delivery date.
Great experience - the 2 piece ceiling medallion was just as described, if not prettier. :) the directions were good, although we needed to use extra screws at the seams to tighten it to the ceiling.
Price was good. Shipping took awhile. Stabilizing flaps on back of 2 shutters were broken but it did not affect installation.
