My first shipment arrived and was packaged incorrectly. The product number was correct but the product was not correct. This resulted in delaying my front door construction.

Web site was easy to navigate, found my Fypon items quickly. Price was reasonable and they advised that Fypon products would not ship from Factory until at least 5 days after receipt of order. Architectural Depot transmits order electronically immediately to Fypon so delay is on the manufacturer side. AD kept me informed of progress and items arrived as predicted.

Your system behaved badly when I tried a coupon code. I also never got the chat going that I tried to resolve the issue. The products were great although the fit varied a bit from item to item. They were not completely flat on the back mounting side. They look great.

Overall I am happy with the purchase. Prior shutters were builder's, yet still were heavier material and had a bit more detail work. These are a good buy for my starter home.

Items arrived sooner than scheduled and, for damaged product, were in excellent condition. Only a couple small spots of primer had chipped off and they came at a huge discount. I will definitely buy from architecturaldepot.com again!
