I had a poor shopping experience on Saturday and left a detailed message online and on the phone. I never heard back. I called back today and spoke to an manager regarding my issues. I was happy with the shutters I ultimately received but they did not have shutter loks as stated.

Satisfied with products, value, price. Missed shipment. Reship was extremely fast service. Wonderful customer service experience.

It took over a week to process the order and then only because I contacted someone who took charge and got the order out the door.
