It is pleasant and easy to find what I want from such a large selection of merchandise. Also, your site is very user friendly.
The colors of the medallions look very true to the colors pictured on line. It is also great to have such a large selection of colors from which to choose for various room designs.

Didn't get a follow-up that my order had been successfully canceled at the warehouse, so initially when I found a box on my doorstep, I thought it was the order that I had tried to cancel rather than the order I placed following it. And the packaging made me think it was the earlier order, which was more delicate. But once I actually opened it several days later (I hadn't gotten around to trying to return it), wondering what had happened to the second order, I discovered what happened.
Otherwise, things went well.
Experience was good except for the chat box that kept getting in my way. If I wanted or needed to chat I would have hit the chat link.

The shutters were great! The color was perfect and I have already installed them all. I had a lot of trouble with the plastic caps that cover the screws. The design of these must be changed to help the installer "snap" these caps on more easily. I spent twice as much time trying to snap the caps on than I did installing the shutters. These caps should merely be an "after thought" and simple to snap on. More than 50% of them failed to snap and there is no way to snap them on with the fingers. I have very strong fingers and after several tries, my fingers were sore! They should be redesigned!
Great price and service on items I normally would go to the big box stores for. Will shop here again.
